layout issue with hikashop integration

I am using hikashop , http://test.atoa.com/vi/index.php/my-account (You can login and see if needed )
username:test
password: test
I have the hikashop user control panel where it looks like http://prntscr.com/8obacs in this template. where it should look like http://prntscr.com/8obbme which was by using the default joomla templates. Also those buttons are not clickable once I navigate into any section ,say "manage your address" I can't able to click the New button to create new address . Kindly help me with this layout issue.

test/test access is not working. Can You please activate it or send me different access so I'll be bale to take a look ?

I'm sorry, but I have the same problem again. Using the other access You've send me is not letting me to login.

I'm 100% sure this access is not working. Maybe You have a Country IP Block configured which is not allowing me to access ?
