Hikashop cart keeps on "loading"

On this site: http://www.coffeerivals.com/ the Hikashop cart keeps on "loading" on several platforms. Not clear under which circumstances it happens.

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Hi

Looks like Admin Tools component is blocking an access to cart. Here is an error visible in console after enabling it:

Code: Select all: GET http://www.coffeerivals.com/index.php?tmpl=json 403 This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the component's options.

please try to allow using this link or disable Admin Tools.

We switched Admin Tools off.
