Menu style

Hi,

How do I make a menu with a layout included in the attachments? Is there a way to do this without a plugin?
I've tried to group my menu items and looked for several solutions.

As you can see on my website right now ( http://p-j-p.nl/cad ) , some of the sub items aren't fully visable.
