How to get image behind What our clients say

On the demo https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storefront/# is shows the what our client say with a background image, i have followed the documents clearly but still cannot get it to do the same,

It shows the testimonial and quote marks but just a white background, any ideas anyone?
