I need to make a number of changes to the template

unfortunately though to like how it turned the page and complete the template that was chosen, Ata is a large organization and are trying to standardize all websites, wanting to follow me

place a video on the right side

but probably all those changes request code customization, and this is not a support anymore.

But because you're smart member I can give you few tips:

ad 3 ) Use

ad 1)
You have to edit that file: gk_storefront\layouts\default.php and move whole menu and probably do some css changes

ad 2) on your place I would use different slide module , which have more options, like adding a video layer/object. But I cannot advertise any of them here.

in GK Image Show, I'm not so sure.... hard code maybe. If you do not have php/html skills and without code customization it isn't possible. Our module is quite simple if I can say that.

Yes, using static bg image and some css code may help and it will be also lighter for website than using a slideshow module.
