New installation errors

Hi,
I just purchased a subscription and I used the quickstart. After the installation, I got the following errors

I did this installation twice and twice i got the same error. Please assist.

I followed the provided instruction and it worked but the site doesn't not look like the demo. One of the reasons for using the quickstart is to be able to have the site look like the demo. Please assist,
