VirtueMart not save products

Hello,

VirtueMart will not "save" or "save and close" when trying to add products or amend existing products. Please help!

Hi,
we are not developers of VM3, sorry.
So only what we can suggest is reinstall VM3 component.
But before: clean browser cache, check on other browser.

Last question, are you able to save articles ?

Hi,
Yes. Articles and even categories of VM and manufacturers also saves correctly.
It's strange because I install the kickstart storefront that I downloaded from the website of Gavick.(laterst version)

The "save", "sava and close" and "cancel" buttons do nothing when clicked.
Any ideas?

That's why about VM3 I still have this same opinion piece of ...
if re-installation of VM3 didn't help, I cannot fix software which is not ours, sorry.
On your place I would check HikaShop features... this component just works without problems.

I update the VM 3.0.6.2 to 3.0.8 and resolved.
I hope it helps someone.

I think that HikaShop lacks many features to overshadow VM.

Not if you tried a full version, not starter.
I know that VM is longer on the market but last VM3 wasn't so perfect like everyone expected to be. That's why all those strange errors....

Have a nice time with VM3 anyway. I wish you luck.
