Why does featured products show a blank product thumbnail?

Hello,

Why does featured products show a blank product thumbnail? I have selected all my featured products to display in the VM line up, but for some reason when I refresh the screen a couple of blank thumbnails appears in the featured products in my online shop. How do I fix this? I want only the products I selected to appear.

If you can not see the blank (grey) thumbnail, refresh the screen until it appears.

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi

Have You been adding new products or replacing existing with new content. I think this grey images are from a previous products. Please simply clear cache and created image, but better solution would be to add it one more time as a new product.

Yes I have cleared the cache and refreshed and I tried to find the blank product, but I have no blank products. I looked at the url and it points to nothing. I have no clue how to fix this.

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.
