Trying to get help and answers

I am trying to get help with my problem. I have been speaking to Oscar E on this site and he has said there are problems with the update of my template and was going to help me, and was going to speak with developers. I have sent private messages and waited and have nothing, my live site is not working properly and I don't know what is happening.
I have asked for updates, or to know how long it will take to speak to developers, I don't know if I should roll back the template update with a akeeba backup, or if the problem can be fixed. I have been updating the site to get it ready for the new mobile update from google.
