Cache and Gzip

Hello,

I'm trying to speed up my site and the first thing i did was activating cache and gzip. But when i check my speed at google pagespeed insights it says cache and gzip aren't activated. so is dit a test for to check if gzip is activated at http://www.gidnetwork.com/tools/gzip-test.php and also here it shows gzip is not activated. How come this is not working?

Added code for gzip. That is alright. But cache stil not working
