SALE! icon in virtuemart category view

Hello

I'm using Joomla 3.4 and Virtuemart 3.0.6.2 with Storefront Template v. 3.16
Is there a way to display products that are on sale using a special icon i.e. SALE!!! in category view?
Something like the attached image, taken ftom the WordPress version of the template?

I'm afraid that without some custom redesign it is not possible.
