Gavick Plugins not displaying correctly

I am working on the StoreFront Template and I am having problems with the GavickPro programs displaying correctly. Namely I have attached a screenshot of the problem so you can understand what is wrong.

I am running:

Joomla 3.3.6
K2 2.6.9
Hikashop Business 2.3.5
Acymailing Enterprise 4.8.1
Falang 1.4.4 Bought version

It may/may not have something to do with the gk_storefront_quickstrart_J!3 not being able to be installed via Joomla's Extension Manager > Install it comes up with "Warning JInstaller: Install: Cannot find XML setup file".

So I uploaded this zip file to my tmp folder and manually extracted it and saved them to their respective folders: source, plugins and modules.

Also folders plg_gkmodulelinks.zip, plg_gktextmenu.zip, plg_gkcontact.zip, plg_gkcache.zip, plg_gk_typography.zip, plg_gk_opengraph.zip and plg_facebook.zip failed to extract so I manually extracted those folders to:

plg_facebook folder > authentication folder
plg_gk_opengraph > system folder
plg_gk_typography folder > editors-xtd folder
plg_gkcache > system folder
plg_gkcontact > system folder
plg_gkextmenu > system folder
plg_gkmodulelinks > system folder

I have installed:
Grid GK5 ver 1.2.1
Highligher GK5 ver 1.1.2
Social GK5 ver 1.2.4
New Show Pro GK5 ver 1.8.0.6
Image Show GK4 ver 1.50

I have checked that all plugins are turned on.

Also I had Joomla 2.5.28 and upgraded to Joomla 3.3.6 before so maybe an old file is conflicting with the new files? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugins but they still display weirdly. How can this be fixed?

Not to worry, I complete uninstalled Joomla, then did a new install from scratch and made sure all of the plugins from version 2.5 were uninstalled before installing the Storefront quickstart package for Joomla 3.3. Then I re-installed the the rest files manually and enabled all of those plugins before re-installing GK Tabs, New Show Pro, Image Show and Social.

Now all of the plugins are displaying in the modules correctly.
