jquery conflicts with joomla 3.3.6 system update

Hi, I have the storefront theme installed on my website and recently upgraded to Joomla 3.3.6. I noticed after I upgraded the system, that my previously working galleries and sliders no longer work. I think this is a jquery issue. I also installed the most recent theme update. Has any one encountered this before or can someone please help me? If so, I can PM over the testing url. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Cyberek for your quick response. I was able to figure it out and feel a little silly. In the template manager under the Advanced Settings tab I had to set CSS Compression and Javascript Compression to be "disabled". I must have changed it to enabled accidentally around the time of the upgrade. Hopefully this helps someone else if they happen to encounter a case similar to this.

If a particular scripts is having problem when it is compressed, you can exclude it in same place by typing it's path.
