module ID override bug

I want to add a module ID override, but when I try, I get this error: "Specified Rule exists on your list".
But the rule is actually not on the list (see screenshot). It was on the list, but I deleted it by mistake.

Can you tell me where the module ID overrides are stored, so I can go into the file and delete it manually?
Thank you

It is stored in database not in file.
Please check table:
yourprefix_template_styles
entry with 'gk_steakhouse' template column.

Have you been able to fix the issue by removing those settings from database?

Yes thank you. There was some syntax error in the SQL field (see my screenshot: "bottom6 = locationbottom2" must be wrong), but I could not find it. When I deleted one entry, a new error appeared. So I simply removed ALL module ID overrides in the SQL database, and then re-entered each one from the back end of my site. It works perfectly now, thanks to you.
I am sure I caused the problem in the first place. I deleted the ID override by mistake. Then I added it, but I forgot to save. Then I entered it a third time and the problems started. But anyway with your help the whole fix took about 15 minutes so I am very happy :)
