How To Get The Dates Out Of The Url?

Hello,

How do I remove the dates from several url's on this website: http://fayettesda.org/ When you go to the website and hover over the main menu top bar item " Media" then select "Media Library", "Podcast", "Photos" or "Video" you will see the dates in the selected url. How or where do I go to remove those dates? Thanks

Once again thanks for your speedy response.

Here is the problem, the main menu items I mentioned in the previous post are attached to a component(Allshare Video) and I can't locate where the dates are coming from. Help if you can , if not I'll just roll with it the way it is. :woohoo:
