Product images disappear in Tabs GK5

Hi
For some reason the product images have disapeared in the Featured Tab and the New Tab
This is on both the website version and on a local installation. The other Tabs which don't have products are fine.

The only thing I have changed is used the CSS Overide but the css shouldt effect this as when i disable the override the problem is still there please see the attached screen shots:

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website, either here or via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. after looking into this i have found out that the main problem is that i have installed a third party plugin and when that is enabled there seems to be a conflict. I have contacted the developer and he has said that there is a conflict with the GKTABS module. For now i have disabled the third party module. it words with everything else but not GK TABS


The third party module installs 2 plugins:
Shortcodes Ultimate
Button - Shortcodes Ultimate

GKTabs seems to conflict with Button - Shortcodes Ultimate
I have attached the plugin for you to look at and debug GKTABS

I'm afraid I do not know what this plugin does, but from the error I can guess it's on a php level. This will be hard to track. I would advice to use a different tabs system.

I can see how useful this can be, but I think it must be replacing some code inside GK Tabs thinking it is a shortcode. Please send me an access to FTP so I'll look into this plugin code and will see how it works and possibly exclude it from working in Tabs, but it's a little bit above our support, so I cannot promise I will be able to rebuild it. I think it would be best to just use a different Tabs module.

No good news I've updated the template, fixed the javascript problem I've mentioned, but it has not affected the shortcode plugin removing content of GK Tabs. I tried to look at the code of this plugin but it's a complex extension and there is a lot of files to check. I only had time to do this briefly and had no luck to find a function replacing this shortcodes which in my opininion is recognising Tabs as a shortcode and since there is no translation for that it removes it. I can try to show this to programmers, but we have never supported this plugin, so I do not think we will start it now. Anyway I'll try.

I got an answer from programers. Thay cannot see anything in plugin which can be causing it when looking at it briefly. So to find it a detailed plugin debug is required and this would take a lot of time doing that. That think the same as me that best solution is to replace our module. Sorry we cannot help with this issue.
