Installer not working?

I just upgraded from the J2.5 version to J3
The extension manager "install from web" seems to be broken on my site. There are no images in the "install from web" page, and after I installed JCE editor it was broken.
Has anybody else found this problem?

I just tried on my computer and everything went fine. Please try reinstall joomla. I believe some of the files were not overwritten.

OK, I did some testing with my setup (on Godaddy host) and I think there is some problem with the Joomla installer.
I just made a fresh download of the quickstart package v3.15.1, installed it in a new folder with a new database. Then I went to extension manager -> Install from web. It was the same as before, with all the images not found.
Then when I installed jce editor from the web it reported successfully installed, but in fact the editor is broken. The first time I open an article with JCE, everything is fine, then the second time it shows only html, and the page is frozen (will not close).
Then I went to extension manager -> Install from web again and installed JCK editor. It reported "Unable to find install package".
Then finally, I uninstalled JCE editor, and installed it again from the zip file. Once again it report successfully installed, but in fact the editor was broken in the same way.
Maybe some files corrupted or missing in the quickstart package?

Quickstart is a joomla installation with just modules/components folder replaced. Also I've tested it already by installing a copy on my computer and here everything works fine.

Please let me know the url to the troublesome installation and send me joomla panel access if I do not have it already.

PS: Have You tried clearing browser's cache or using a different browser to see this issue ?

This is a clean install of the quickstart package: dev.ficcionesmedia.com/abrech3 I will send you login by pm.
Here is a screen shot of the extension manager. The jce editor after install from web was broken. And the jck editor could not be found.
Also, there is an update for vm 3.0.2 reported available.
Please do anything you like to this install, I don't need it, it has no content from me.

I've just installed a clean joomla to compare it and looks like the same images are missing than in the installation from Your site, so this must be broken for every joomla user. Probably an API has changed and not all module developers has updated it yet.

OK thanks for letting me know. I was worried it could be a sign of something worse, but if that's all then no real problem.

Yes, looks like it's like that in every copy of newest joomla. I'm gonna mention this in joomla forum. Thank You for letting me know about that.
