Menu overrides

could you please tell me where can I find the main menu files(gkMenu) and how can I override them?

they should be here: gk_storefront\lib\menu
But I have another suggestion, if you want to use your own custom menu, in this file: gk_storefront\layouts\default.php
replace our menu code with standard menu position, and publish there anything you want
