Site - Title and description corrupted !

Hi Guys

My site www.laptoptrader.co.za has your default title and description showing even after I have changed page title and description using sh404sef tool , sometimes it shows my title and description sometimes it shows urs .

Please set the title/description for the first menu item (home).

Right now I see

<meta name="keywords" content="Laptops , desktops ,dell , hp, proline , new , second , ...... ,"/>
<meta name="description" content="Laptop Trader is a global trader of refurb laptops , ....."/>

So is quite okey I guess.
You should check what you have in Home item in Menu Manager. Maybe there is something.
When you next time will see GK old default description just search those phrases in PHPMyAdmin and you will see where are there.

p.s.
I suggest to disable color chooser from footer is looks stupid on real, not demo website.

@Oscar - the title of the site shows:
"<title>StoreFront responsive multipurpose VirtueMart Joomla template</title>"
and probably this is what the user was asking about.

Cyberek this is in fact what I was asking about and I did set the Title/Description for the menu item home , but still the Storefront Title/Description comes up .

Oscar How do I disable color chooser I have been searching for a while but cannot find out how to disable it ?

My database tool shown me :
MainMenu, ID 640, "Home", page_title : StoreFront responsive multipurpose VirtueMart Joomla template
so it must be there.

Thanks guys , I have sorted out my problems color chooser was in template settings and I was looking for a module ?
Regards to home page title I didnt know it could be simply changed from main menu , I have always been using sh404sef and it usually overrides all Joomla core titles .
