Tag Manager missing

Hello,

where is the joomla tag manager gone?

After installation of the quick start package there is no tag manager inside the component menu (see attached screenshot).

Please give me a hint how to make the manager active and visible.

Hi, this is strange because most core components user cannot disable.
But ok, check here:

1) administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=manage - if he is on/off
2) and also you can use (DISCOVER) button here: administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=discover

GK developers never don't hide any default components in QS.
Last try:
have you got access to this : administrator/index.php?option=com_tags

p.s.
If won't help, try to reinstall Joomla using this:
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/re ... ackage.zip
Install using a Joomla Installer.

Installation of joomla update package did not change anything. But with the direct call of:

administrator/index.php?option=com_tags

I can at least access the tags manager.

Funny thing, as I tried with local installation and fresh installation on different servers. Always the same problem, that tags manager is not visible.....

So just use Custom QuickIcons and add this link Check PM for more details.
It will not fix, but your client will get a access.
