Blank screen after paypal express payment

Hi ..

I was testing the paypal express payment method.... I have 1 product in the cart and pressed the paypal express button, the redirection works perfectly and the amount is correct... When I got the confirmation from the paypal and was waiting to be redirected back to the site... Then it shows the site but the mainbody was empty....In this case the customer will be confused.

Can you tell where I can set the redirection after the paypal expess payment ?

It's not our plugin, so I do not know that. Anyway is shop attached to a page where mainbody is occupied by some module ? This may cause component not appear, but You should still be able to see the module attached there.

I will contact hikashop, there is not any field for the redirection in the settings of this plugin.

If they answer I will post it.

One more question from me. Is this a blank page entirely or website is just not showing a component, but elementas like footer and menu are visible ?

If it's a full blank page than try setting error showing level to maximum, it may reveal an error which is causing it.

No, the page is not entirely blank.... only the mainbody...

I have response from Hikashop, and I will post it when I am ready...

Hi

Ok. I'll wait, but please check if there is no module attached to mainbody for that page. This would explain such behaviour. Try also rename /html/com_hikashop to /html/_com_hikashop to see if it's not because of a template override.
