mootoos makes menu on table inaccessible

Hi,
We need to use mootools for the popups (cart and terms and conditions). However, this makes the tablet size menu turn to a toggle, and the menu no longer works. If we turn mootools off, then our terms and conditions slide off the screen at the bottom.

Please tell em what extentions You need to use which requires mootools. I've just checked and just enabling mootools makes no difference to the mobile menu functionality, so it has to be because one of the extention's script.
