Cart not displaying

Joomla 3.3.6
Hikashop 2.3.4

Unable to display the cart --- in 'cart' position. The round animation is endless.

I can't show the site URL, but I can send you the link (and a backend access) in PM if you accept to look at the problem.

I've same problem with the cart module, I'm trying to disable Mootools, but nothing happens and I'm not sure to be doing it right.

What else I could try to make working the cart module?

@ValeWeb is storefront used as a default template ? Do You have cart publish in cart module position ? Tell me the url to Your site.

Thanks for your reply.... I did set the ErrorReporting in GlobalConfig to NONE but the cart it's still not loading.

I just realized that also the popup message which confirms the product added to the cart isn't showing any more.

Please let me know if you prefer to have admin rights in PM.

Hello teitbite, I've updated the template to last version 3.15 but unfortunately the cart it's still spinning

Problem is caused by component called HIKAMARKET. I'm afraid template is not supporting this extension, so please remove it and let me know if this made a difference.

the hikamartet-hikashop developers have already looked into it and they told me that the problem it's at your end.
It's possible to find a way to fix it?

Yes I believe it's in our end and in the fact that this template does not support hikamarket addon. You will need to use a standard module position for cart. The small cart is prepared for a pure hikashop cart module only. Sorry.
