When I create an account I get bug

Errors mentioned looks to be from compression, so You should just exclude this files from it in template settings.

For the notification box, I'm not sure what is wrong. I've compared link with a copy i have on my computer and it's a little bit different:

/strony/ef.com/produkty/checkout/notice/cart_type-cart/tmpl-component
/~teitbite/gk_storefront_hikashop_30/index.php/component/hikashop/checkout/notice/cart_type-cart/tmpl-component?Itemid=968

But it looks to be a hikashop issue. Please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp, so I'll try to figure it out.
