No Search?

Hi there, Was there a new update in the J3 version that fixed an error of the search popdown slide not being on the pages?

I noticed in the 2.5 version there is a location for Virtual Mart search, but there is nothing for the search and no search module. But when I check the default.php there is it in the PHP code, but no position in the XML file.

I tried to add it in manually but the CSS just adds it to the very right (as its right: 0), even though this is identical CSS to the 2.5 version, except it has a #gkheader .div that needs to turn off position: relative.

Template for joomla version 2.5 is usding Virtuemart, which is still not available for Joomla 3.x.

Please add a module into searh module position and show me Your site than so I'll see what is missing and will help You adjust the template for a different search module.

Thanks I will be going back to this. Berfore I added in the search position manually (since it was not in the template), but it was not working properly (meaning the display).

Is it posssible for it to behave to open the search box to a different searcjh module? Because I'd like to use a different search module than the standard joomla one as there is a product related search.

If not, I just need the behaviour to work properly since I remember it wasnt working with my template (as I changed the search position to the Menu header to one row instead of two, since this site doesnt sell products since it doesnt sell to the public).
