how to install storefront template step by step??

hi guys, i'm a total newbie in joomla and shop systems and i'm not able to integrate the storefront shop-template in my joomla 3.3! is there anybody who can explain me step by step how to do this?? i just installed joomla on a local host and that works! would be cool if any professional out there could give me some really comprehensive guidelines who explain every single little step?

do i have to install the hikashop plugin first??

yes, i would like some suggestion as well...

i can install StoreFront in a new fresh Joomla installation v.3.3, but not the quick_start files that you provide.

because i temporary use an webhosting that don't allow me to do an joomla instalation

Can you guide us how step-by step installation module that need to be done, is it VirtueMart or HikaShop along with plugin and module that necessary ? i would really appreciate it

If you can go with quickstart, the only way to do is to follow documentation available in template download section. It describes all settings etc. Some users find also useful to install quickstart locally and check page by page the configuration.
