Image show in header position problem to tablet

Hello, We have installed your quickstart in our server to build our website.
We realise that in a tablet, we can not move the image of the image_show module (in the header position on the home) with the finger, so the web can not scroll, and we can not browse inside the home. I can send to you a pm with the url and with the access information, because the web is under construction, if you want.

We have done this test in an ipad, with safari and chrome, with the same result. We have tested your demo, and your demo works ok. So, I tell you our configuration:
Our server is a Centos 6 x64 with php version: 5.4.24, mysql version: 5.5.35, Joomla version: 3.3.1.
We have installed the last version of the template and the module.
