Price display problem with Tabs GK5/News Show Pro 5

Hi,

I have my Hikashop configured to use Romanian currency (Ron). All of my products in Tabs GK5 using as datasource News Show Pro 5 are displaying 0,00 Ron. On the product page they have the correct prices. I couldn't find any related settings in the News Show Pro 5 admin interface. Please help. (Joomla 3.3.1, Hikashop 2.3.2)

Sorry for the late answer, I was workinfg with some other part of the site.

I had 1.5.1, and now I have upgraded to 1.6.1. Unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem, I still have 0.00RON for all the products.

I really need to solve this out, as I have only one week to launch the site.

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website, FTP and back-end access, via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Your problem is caused by fact that you didn't set the "Retails price" option in your products - I've set it to "70.9999944" in product "Vitamina D 2000UI masticabila - 210 comprimate" and as you can see it is now visible properly in the module.

Thank you for the information. We didn't used this before, Hikashop works fine without this on our production site. But if this is a requirement for this module, we can live with that (Maybe you should put this information somewhere in the module description, documentation).
