Button can not be centered?

I am using the below code to get the button centered ... and it will not work.

I also noticded that an extra code line after the above <p>&nbsp;</p> is needed for it to work.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this, alternatively give another suggestion on how to create a simple button with a link.

Could you show me the page where this button is visible? It probably have float value and your code will not work.
