hi I was wondering why, when images are loaded , there's no animation between the first and the second picture. after a complete cycle of the slideshow, however, the transition appears.
is a problem of my site or of the template itself?
thanks

Hi, probably in module style. you can easily test it using different module style. or just use another, maybe better, slideshow module.

I've already tested other module styles before opening this topic. However "storefront" is the only one which adapts itself to the template.
I would expect the module included in the package to work perfectly without flaws... Can anybody please help?

On our demo page it works quite smooth ..so in theory it should work in similar way on your page. We all use this same modules, there are not any tricks. Maybe the reasons are inside module settings.

may I ask you to check on my site? the module is the same, and I don't think I changed anything particular.
moreover, I would like to understand why, even if I set images to be stretched, on mobile devices they are "cut" and only a part of the image is shown.

Only I can suggest to you to use alternative module. I cannot modify php/js code. There are much more useful sideshow modules with lot's of unique features. Joomla is like Lego, don't forget about this.

Frankly, I don't understand how someone trying to give assistance on a purchased product (installed as it was downloaded) can advice customers to "search for a better module". Your answers are quite useless.
I hope someone else will reply to my request for technical support.
