How change the module positions and layout in Gavern

HI, I am trying to change the module positions and layout but I can't seem to find the Gavern Layout manager.

How do i access this?

sorry, but you can not, this "modern" layout manager was only (!) in Meet Gavern template. But this project is not supported or upgraded anymore
so in all others templates you will not find it.
