VirtueMart problems

After the installation of your wondeful template STOREFRONT for Joomla 3 and VirtueMart 2, i noticed a strange layout - for example - in product details: nothing looks like your demo... The problem is that the folder “html/com_virtuemart” does not exist...
I downloaded the version “quickstart” of storefront,, but there's nothing even there (in the J2.5 version i find components and modules!)
Maybe I'm wrong, but i don't understand where I should look for this VirtueMart folder or files.

Hi,
answer is simple, there is no stable version of VM for Joomla! 3.3 - you can check it on VM project website.
that's why in Storefront we used HikeShop component instead.

p.s.
1) yes, we prepared this template to work with VM, but you have to wait as much as we wait
2) HikaShop is very good e-commerce component so you can use it, and if you need more features you can use PRO / ENTERPRISE versions as well. Or wait until VM for J!3.3 will be stable & ready.

It depends how fast you have to build e-commerce feature, because I can guess VM will be read in next 2-3 weeks. But who knows.

HikaShop has very good reviews and developers from EU.
This is not "Magic India" but good peace of software.

I'm working now with HS: very, very, very simple. I think in a few hours I should finish the job!
The only problem is the error “This listing style is currently not supported.”, trying to apply “fade“ in the “Type of item layout”.

But honestly it already looks better than VM!
