Slow load time

Hi,

I have some problems with slow load time (http://www.kebbon.com). I did a speed test and received a couple of tips. One recommendation was to "remove the JavaScript and CSS that block the rendering of the content above the middle of the page". Is it possible to do that on the John WP theme?

The other thing was this:

"The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

Any ideas of how to solve this?
