Remove minus sign

Good morning support, Joshua,
On the John theme I see on the main page above the blog items a minus sign and also on the blog posts before the content a minus sign. Can I remove that with css or on another way? My customer does not like it.

I wrote it was solved but I was too quick, on the home page I still see the minus signs.
I know about css but this is a bit to above my head so to speak.

Please add also the following custom css code:

.big-nav .gk-responsive + .gk-nsp-header:before {
   display: none;
}


Regarding the #gk-header, unfortunately it's not possible to change it without editing theme files. (it's a part of the layout)
