Template on Pages missing, Unable to select Contact form

I've installed quickstart package to the website and I imported all existing widget & setting (wanna make the design similar to my existing John S site, so I import it all) into the site. Also, I copied some css and header.php. But now comes the problem. When i try to add contact page, I don't find the template session on left side. So I try to add by code. but the send message button not working. Am i mis-deleted anything? Please help. Thank you.
