How can we change the label "scroll down" shown in the header part?
Is it possible by using a translation in the languages?

Hi
This arrow is in a content of a custom html module placed in header module position. So You can change it there. If You need multilanguage than prepare different versions of this module (or use falang component to translate it).
Important: remember to disable using editor in user settings in joomla panel, so editor will not add <p></p> aroung the arrow breaking it.
