Speed up my page - what can I do?

Hi,
I did everything I could to speed up my page but it is loading about 20 seconds when someone visit it in first time. That page is in progress so I can't paste here link to it. I will send link in PM to moderator if one of you will answer ;)
I just don't know what else can I do to speed up my page.

Some information about site:
- 3 languages (3 templates based on John)
- big first page (lot of stuff on it)
- lot of modules (2 x news show pro, 2 x slider, jquery)
- lot od effects (jquery and bootstrap)
- lot of graphics

Maybe a good idea will be a preloader of main page - what do you think?

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website, either here or via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.
