Hello. My site is www.anjali.nz and the contact me bit isn't working. I've gone through the other people's experiences and updated everything and this evening's progress has been that now the reCaptcha widget has actually appeared on the page, but sadly that is all. When clicked, it gives an error message.

Any and all help is very much appreciated.

Hi

Please try regenarate re-captcha API KEY and SECRET. I suspect You are using api for old version. If this will not work please send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi

I could not check much since I cannot tell if the key is for new recaptcha for sure. Please make sure You have enabled and configure recaptcha plugin as well and install this plugin which is a contact for new recaptcha (uninstall the one You have first).

I have the same issue with gk-contact (error with captcha all the time)
I uninstalled the plugin and installed from your link
I have translation issue now
all terms are like "PLG_GKCONTACT_RSS_URL"
may I upload translation from the previous version ?

Hi

@Repitol, there is a new version in rest_files package. Try to install this version instead. Language file is inside this plugin package, so if it was not moved to joomla language folder automatically just extract the package and upload it there manually.

On John, using the GKcontact plugin:

I tried everything, but when I press on the "send" button, it processes the order, but "Invalid reCAPTCHA code" appears.
What I have to do?

Hi

Please check if recaptcha is correctly configured in plugins. Make sure there is no other recaptcha activated since it can be in conflict with the module one.

Now it works!
Problem was, that was selected the v1.0 in captcha plugin instead of 2.0
