anchor doesn't function to jump from submenu to mainpage

On my homepage from the submenu (if you are form example inside "CHI SONO->BIOGRAFIA" i can go on #contact anchor on main page... why?

In submenu at "Contatti" i've set an external link "http://www.dot360.it/marta/#contact"

url is http://www.dot360.it/marta/

Can you help me?
the website is under joomla 3.4.1

Please check if your template is updated. This issue was solved some time ago afaik.

i've downloaded the last "gk_john_quickstart_J!3.zip" yesterday (3.16 version)
How can i fix it?

If you already installed quickstart before, please use standard template package and replace all your files via ftp.
Just remember to backup everything first. Also if you did any changes to your template - you might apply those changes again.

I have made the change on your ftp and now it should work better.
I have also posted an issue to our dev team to fix it with next template release.
