Have main menu present also on header position

I would like to have main menu present also on header position (see image).

Please let me know if is possible.

I have opposite issue. My website is showing oposite. It is showing always menu. But in general I need as the demo John template.

As conveyed earlier, pls help the main menu is being shown with header also on the FrontPage. Further, the image doesnot fit the full screen as shown in the demo.

Do we need to make certain changes, pls note we have not used quickstart but trying to emulate things from that.
