I encountered "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function" right after I installed the quick start package. The Chrome developer tool shows the error is located under the <!-- Pinterest script -->. Seems to be related to jquery.

I did not installed any additional extension nor make any change of after the installation. Do you have any idea what I have missed?
the URL is here:

Are you using any videos on your page?

I did add JW AllVdeo extension to a page and found this error. After that, I removed the previous folder, and recreate the site from stretch on the same server with the quick start package. This time I did not add the AllVideo extension yet and found the same error.

Can you please leave it this way for next few days, I have asked our dev team to take a look into the issue as this is not a first time when it happens.
Menawhile, have you made any changes on quickstart after installing, or is it just pure installation?

Yes, pure installation for this URL.
But I had installed this John template with JW AllVideo of K2 on the other folder on the same server. and the folder is erased.
Thanks.

Hi, I have tried to create a new instance form stretch and installed the quickstart package. Same issue happened.
This time I had only installed php-gd and nothing more.

I have an additional question, now the article cannot be shown (eg: http://54.148.91.3/snail/index.php/k2/k ... 360-mockup). Does it related to the bug? or I missed something?

Thanks!

Thanks for the report. We have found a bug in our template. It will be fixed in next template release, but for the time being you can quickly fix it by disabling "Include jQuery framework" option for module "Check[br]out my[br]hot[icon-flame][br]works"
