Use John S. Menu on another menu item with a secondary templ

Hello, I got this video section on my site with another template.: http://www.quebecguitare.ca/video

I would like to add the gkMainMenu on top of that secondary template. The template has it's own CSS file of course.

Would you tell me what to paste on top of the other template.css?
