Hello, I am looking for the toolbar "gkToolbar" that's on John's demo template on the left.

Is there anyway where I could download it?
Also, would there be a similar plugin for a buttom that "brings back to the top of the page" ?

I'm afraid this toolbar is a demo page feature. It cannot be moved to templates. Sorry.
