Scrolling problem

Hi, first of all my website is not live so I can't share with you guys, sorry for that. Second, my logo was bigger so I increased the height of navigation bar. After that, my links are not working properly in the sense that when I click second link it scrolls to bottom but staying at first link, then if i click third link, page scrolls to third but navigation remain on second and similar to all the links. Its only a matter of 5px I think, means if i move my browser scroll bar 5 px down then actual link is activated you can say.

Attached are 3 pictures for your reference. As you can see in first.jpg I am on our works, showing work images navigation is still at home. Similarly in second.jpg, I am on about page but its now showing our works and similar to third image and for every link i just have to move my browser scroll bar just a little and navigation would come at right place.
