Recaptcha on GK Contact

I've been setting Recaptcha ... but the results after I try "Could not open socket"
What is wrong with my settings?

I've tried the recommended, and I have also been googling to find this problem. But not solve the problem.
This template is my last try on different domains and hosting the same without changing the code. Recaptcha works well.

Could this problem exist in my domain settings ??
(note: I have never done the settings on my domain)

I cannot see Your site any more:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyway this is something You should show to Your hosting provider I think.
