some things changes after I replaced the headline…

Hi, I have three problems:
1. I tried it out twice and everytime it is the same thing. I replaced the headline in the head I and the scrol down button moves to another place.

2. I tried to replace the picture in "Hello my name is John" but it is not showing.

3. In "Didn't you know?!" I changed the HL and it changed from three colums to two. The same in the Team article.

What do I do wrong.

Probably you are editing module with use of tinyMCE which damagesthe code.
Please disable tinyMCE editor in global configuration (change editor to "editor - none").
