Captcha is dont looking in GKCONTACT

Hello,

over GKContact we dont see the Recaptcha Window. It is clear.
We have includet a new public and private key in the recaptcha plugin and activate it.
We have activate in the Systemconfig the Captcha Standard
We have activate the Captcha Option into the GKCONTACT Plugin
We have test all the captchca Colors

!!! In the K-2 Comments the Captcha works fine !!!!

We are working with Joomla Joomla! 3.3.1 Stable [ Ember ] 11-June-2014 13:30 GMT
And the PHP Version is: 5.5.12

I cannot install the plugin since it's a build in one, so please overwrite the files in /plugins with the one attached. Let me know if this changed anything.

I have one more report of not working recaptcha from a user who provided an access to ftp already, so I'll send it to programmers for fix. Please observe the other thread so I'll post a solution there when I'll get an answer from programmers.

All I did was to check if settings are set correctly and if there is no other re-captcha used on the same page (google allows only one re-captcha per page). But everything was correct, so I have not changed anything and send the access to programmers for second check. If it works now than it's possible they have fixed it (but I have no messages from them) or it was a conflict and the new component resolved it. Anyway I'm glad it's ok now.

Looks like googel has changed something again in recaptcha script, there is couple of reports that this stopped working. Try update joomla and recaptcha plugin, please also try to disable the plugin You have used, maybe the default one will work better.

so we have update to joomla 3.3.3 and we use the standart recaptcha plugin. But it dont works in the contact modul of GAVICK for the John´s Template. In K2 comments and Joomla at self at works fine.

The placeholder of recaptcha is visible recaptcha is working but the recaptcha field is complete white so that never can see it. If you press send the recaptcha module say wrong input. This is correct the user has no chance to give input. He can not see the recaptcha field.

Add: The Recaptcha works fine in K2 Comments and Joomla but not in GKCONTACT with John Template !!!

Hmm.? today i fix the correct #link structure over the template modul override option. and now we can see the missing recaptcha window. I dont understand the connect between this but it works.

I hope this is a permanent Status

Do not worry, I cannot understand it either. I have a common report of such problem, but there only GKContack recaptcha works and not the rest. I think the problem is with recaptcha script being loaded, becuase I've also have reports of a temporary missing recaptcha in random extentions.
