jQuery conflict

I have installed two module which are not Gavick and none would work - I complained with the module producers and got the following answer - jQuery is conflicting - while Joomla 3.3 loads the query as standard feature ..../media/jui/js/jquery.min.js - Joomla 3.3 loads jQuery as stander feature there is a second one loading - https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/j ... ery.min.js - can the sec on query be removed without negative impact on the John QuickInstall?

Thanks for your reply. Let me rephrase my question - what does "John" use https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/j ... ery.min.js for - is it important? Will John run without the link? What if it would be deleted.

It is not template itself that uses this version - those are NSP and gkTabs modules that uses it. They might not work correctly with different version.
