contact page error 500

hello.....when I start a contact page I get this note:
500
JHtmlBehavior::formvalidator not found.
It appears the page you were looking for doesn't exist. Sorry about that.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.....

Most probably you are using older version od Joomla! like v.3.3 or v.3.2 - line:

JHtml::_('behavior.formvalidator');

is working only in Joomla! 3.4

Please upgrade your Joomla installation to Joomla! 3.4.1

oh yes....it's 3.3.4 version, I'm trying to update that.....
but it said: ERROR: AJAX Loading Error: Not Found

it's ok, I changed a template...took some gk_startup_J!3 and contact form is working now......it's some 3.3.x version
but I still can't update Joomla to 3.4..... from backend: ERROR: AJAX Loading Error: Not Found
