1. I would like to change the #links in the sticky menu. I already change them in the menu, but it is not working. Where can I change them?

2.
I would like to have the same menu from the "main site" in the blog section. this is not working because of the #links of the onepager. is there any way around? I even can't link to the main entry.

3. I would like to have the k2 modul in "meine leistungen" hide "date", "author" and "category" like in the pic enclosed.
at least I would like to have the "read more"-text or something similar shown. Is this possible...

Hi

It's controlled by Main Menu, but this menu is only used on frontpage. You can specifie which menu should be used in template styles.

I'm afraid this NSP module style is a predefined one and changes to it are customisations which we do not support.
